What kind off dollars would I be looking at for a standard 253 holden rebuild and is it still possible to purchase mackay ball joints and rubber parts for a HQ and ifso what company. I bought 2 ball joints and they were made in Mexico very poor quality .

Better off to do a 308 costs about the same and more power..more power..more power..

Why would you rebuild a 308 when I already have a 253, first I would have to wait several months till I may be able to sell the 253 then I would have to find a good 308 then rebuild it that could be six months away when all I need to do is take the 253 do
