I have recently purchased a VR 3.8 V6 as my daily drive.
When i picked up the car it found that it has a slightly rough
idle, it doesnt fluctuate i just get some vibration at the lights
that i can feel through the steering wheel mainly, but also through the rest of the car. It idles at about 800 rpm in drive. The cars
peformance is not affected at it runs great once im moving.

I have replaced the plugs, fuel filter, switched to synergy fuel,
and even run some injector cleaner, and it has improved slightly
but still is there and is driving me crazy.

Any ideas on what the problem maybe?

Hi Mr Sle.

The VN-VR V6 motors are a little harsh at idle, but if it's vibrating the steering wheel you may have another problem.

When these cars get old, the front engine mounts, which are hydraulically dampened, sag with age. When they bottom out,
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
