would a hx frontend fit nicly on the chassis of a hj and the shell of a hx?

Yes, with one qualification. As long as the words 'one-tonner' aren't involved. 99% of HJ and HX 1-tonners had HQ front panels, so as long as the front and shell are either both NOT 1-tonner or are both 1-tonner all will be OK. HQ style panels will fit on Edited by user 18 years ago
