Hi, T he car rotisseries this may not be the corret name but the things that you can put your shell on and turn to be able to work on the underside etc. How are these attatched to the car, are they purchasable and what price tag would they have? Are they made up by the workshops themselves. Thanks

most people make there own. there is commercially availible ones, but i dont know where you get them from.
easiest way to attach them is to the bumper mounts. remember the pivot point of the rotissorie will need to pass through the center of gravity of

I investigated buying in Melbourne but was quoted around 2 grand and I still had to make brackets to suit my model. I ended making one up for a HZ sedan body shell minus the chassis. Cost about $300 in steel and a weekends labour. i designed it so when f

I made one out of scrap 1 1/2 water pipe, 2 triangle shapes, with a couple of pieces each end going longitudinally (along the length of the car) and a short piece at the top each end to allow it to pivot cost next to nothing drilled holes through the piv
