Hello Boys and girls,
Ive been offered a 1971 HQ Holden stationwagon for free I was wondering if the front chassis section is just like the sedan. Do the wagons have coil springs or leaf in the rear.

You will probably find that the rear springs from the wagon will be stronger and more rigid than ones from a sedan. Recently put the rear springs from a donor wagon into the hq sedan and the gap between the top of the tyre and the start of the guard was n

yes wagon springs are the same rateing as statesman springs ! which are longer & heavier compared to sedan springs

do you have hq gts stuff 4 me ?????

Thanks Guys,
Actually I only want the HQ wagon as it has a really good floor and sence it has the chassis like in a sedan and not a ute I can use it in my Austin A40 Kustom project.
