Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I go to make a formal written complaint about a panel beater?? Poor customer service, poor quality workmanship, intimidation tactics etc.. I have successfully managed to get the problem(s) fixed (I hope), but I want to hopefully prevent them from treating other customers in the same way they have treated me.

any help greatly appreciated
