G'day All,

I finally fitted the premmie front to the tonner today, what a right royal pain in the butt getting everything to line up! I thought I could do it in a morning, but it took me nearly all day! Those dang holes are damn near ****ing impossible to line up when you are doing it by yourself. At least next time I will be prepared and get a helper!

Heh, hey, hey....It's all in the doors Russ!
First you have to align the doors with even gaps all round, then work forwards from there.
NEVER bolt up the radiator support tightly until your spacing is all worked out...and just when you think you have go

and you reckon thats tuff...try pullin the mongrels apart when people have put them together with all the wrong bolts,builders screws and testosterone 10 to 20 years ago...

Welcome to working on HQ's Russ :-) Like you, I changed mine all by myself and had to put it on and take it off at least 3 times before I was happy that it was close. I din't worry about the last eighth of an inch because it needs to come apart again when
