I work at port kembla and when finishing work noticed a large crowd down on the road along the foreshore, i went down to have alook to see what was going on and noticed a large japanes film crew set up there. I then heard a rumble saw a lot of harleys come around the corner then raw past ,i then heared another nice note i turned to see a pale metalic blue 5 liter hx premier roar around the corner up a ramp in to a very nasty roll. I asked in disbelief what was all this in aid of ,i was then told it was for a xbox comercial and we wouldent even be seeing it hear. Why not use a supra or something like that ,what a waste of aussie muscle.

I saw a V2 series II CV8-R wrapped around a power pole a few weeks ago.
To paraphrase an old Guinness ad:

"Don't worry - It's only a HX 4-door"

You might have upset me if you said it was a HK-HX Coupe though.

I agree with Chris what a shame , I own a factory 5.0 HX Premier and it always turns heads . Even the 4 dr muscle and Kingy`s is getting to be a rarer site on our roads ! With so many disapearing yearly from our site It is good to see when someone is dri

Yes I was being a little harsh. What I was getting at was that I'd rather see a HX 4-door destroyed than a HK-HX coupe. Hopefully they'l start wrecking XB's (but not GT's). People used to treat HK Monaros the same when the HT and HG were seen as the thing

I know what mean about shells , when you look at it a bare shell resto for a 4dr GTS cost the about the same as a coupe with less return at the finish which is why its more economical to buy a good runner and tidy it up , re-shelling a car is very time co

Don't forget the Valiants. Even though I've got Holden blood from a young age, I've always had a soft spot for Mopars, especially E37/38/48/49/55. To see a good Charger or Pacer rotting always upsets me.

I agree. I live 15Km out of town & used to see an HX Kingswood in very good original condition bieng driven by a P plater. I thought "good on him for having automotive taste".

A couple of weeks ago it was left parked on the side of the road, a week
