G'day all.

I live in rural WA and I got a lead on a XA coupe stored in a shed near to where I live. Found it today and discovered that it is an all original mathching numbers XA GT. It has the original paint as well and it is showing all the normal rust that the coupes suffer.

What I'm wondering about is price.

I know it's hard to know when you haven't seen the vehicle but it seems restorable, it runs well, although it's been sitting since the early nineties. The interior is rough also.

Any ideas on a resonable price???

Thanks

How long is a ball of string???????

How much did he want?
Price is dependant on what you wanna pay for it.
25 years ago I could have had one for $1000.
Today, anywhere from zero (if you're lucky) to (I've seen one asking) $75000. An immaculate rpo83

Thanks for your input.

Early indications are that this is not for sale. Next step I guess is to offer him a cash figure to see if he'll budge. He hasn't touched it in nearly 15 years and I know it would look a lot nicer in my shed!!!!

Just got to wo

Good luck. I've found that most cockies would rather have something rust in their paddocks than somebody get some benefit from their old junk.
I know of a (what was until recently) very nice yellow XA GT coupe that's now pretty well a basketcase. I've of

depends where you are. Depends on how much you are willing to spend. Depends if you are wanting a nice driver, project, etc. Lots of variables.

I'm always looking for the mighty coupe. I can never find any rust free examples under 5 grand in Sydney, i don't even care if it has no interior, engine or gearbox, but no one ever has them.

So where are you? How much? Body condition? Interior? Is it just missing the motor or is it just a shell? genuine or rebirth?
