the heater in my ghia does not work i have checked the fuses and heater lines and inline valve but it still blows cold air .please help

make sure the vacum line to the inline valve is connected and that there is vacum there, you should be able to feel it (when the engine is running or course).if there is vacum there the inline valve my be jammed, in which case just replace it, if there is

Vacuum lines are one area to look at but, check heater water hoses to ensure water is running through them (the heater input hose should be hot right through to the firewall at normal operating temp.). You may also have a blocked heater core. The simple s

YES, CHECK VACUUM LINES ETC AS ALREADY STATED, BUT YOU MIGHT FIND THAT THE BLEND DOOR MOTOR HAS FAILED. IT MOVES THE DOOR THAT CHANGES THE VENT DUCTING BETWEEN THE A/C EVAPORATOR AND THE HEATER CORE. THIS WAS A VERY COMMON FAILURE ON THIS MODEL. YOU WILL
