whats the easy way to change rear wheel bearings on a vn v6 comm. ute.

Same as any other. Remove the axle shafts get the bearing and collar pressed off get new ones pressed on. You can do it yourself but its a lot of work best to pay someone to do the pressing.

I know I'm pedantic but there is no such thing as a VN Commodore ute.

They're called a VG series, if it's the one that looks like a VN.

Not really a lot of VG's around..... I went to our local Repco dealer recently to get a fanbelt for a VG V6 without air cond.
The guy just looked at me with a blank expression.

i've also gotten a few blank stares at repco when asking for hk parts (eg. a pan gasket for a powerglide), is it just me or don't they stock many parts for older cars? i always thought since they have a long history with holden they'd still supply the par
