my EB is to slow to beat my mates EF, what mods can i do to give me a chance???? nothing over the top though.....

ok so how do i go about that?
is it a whole new diff? or just something i can do to my old one. i already have extractors and exhause, but so does the EF my mate ownes.

Change the whole diff. It cheaper to change the diff than change the centre or gearing via a workshop.
