We need to get some feed back on the GTS square edged wheel trims to suit the rally wheel we are looking at making them available at around $80.00 ea retail. I need to know if this is an expectable price before we proceed.

Hi Les,

I think that price is reasonable. The Ford repro ones sell for the same amount (at least where I found them).
It's still much cheaper than getting original ones reconditioned. I know, I've got 2 sets and it's going to cost a fortune.
How we

Hi Darren
We have not made them yet but from the front they will be identical , the rear will be a bit different in the way they are attached we will use a more upto date way of attaching them if we go ahead, we will see what the feed back says.

Its getting so hard to find good ones these days.i have a mate with about 100 wheel trims.about all are damaged in some way. A place in Melbourne will fix them for about $800 to $1000 a set. Thats why im looking at putting a painted centre into a chromed

Are Rare Spares going to go ahead with the wheel trims?. I would prefer brand new ones rather than something fixed up. If they are going to be reasonably priced it makes sense to get a set and use the money saved on other things.

i think thats a reasonable price considering they are impossible to find and when you do they are scraped...as for putting cheap ones on,you wouldnt if your car is correct and you want the right stuff..as a matter of interest..in 1998 i paid $650 australi
going to church makes you no more a christian than standing in a garage makes you a car...
