I am thinking of slotting a BBC into my HK just wanting to hear from anybody who has done it, or would it be essier to go a 350 or 400 SBC, i am keen for the big block as it is not seen everyday. Also any help with legalities regarding this swap in NSW would be greatly appreciated, thanks

small block is much easier, the 350 was a factory option + slots straight in without mods or engineers ($$$)

I'm looking at doing the same thing with one of my Bathurst HK's. The two major hurdles are the exhaust and the sump (given the car is an 81837, I don't want to alter anything, so that it can simply be bolted back to original). The exhaust struggles to cl
