Hi Azza.

The camshaft in the VK EFI motor is similar to the 186 XU-1 cam. Why do you want to change it.

A bigger cam, as many have found out, is not always better.

Get the injectors cleaned, the EGR working properly & tune the EFI motor to specs
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0

Plus the EFI cam has a delayed exhaust closing to take advantage of the ram tubes. If you put a non-retarded timing gear onto it the cam works out pretty close to 30/70 70/30. The standard gear retards the cam about 6 degrees.

You only need the 202 pushrods if you run 202 rockers and head. The cam is very different from a blue cam, and isn't really suited to anything except the VK EFI inlet.

Yes. 2nd hand cams are not a real good idea.

If you want to run 186 rockers on a 12 port 202 head, you will need a stud conversion kit fitted to the head. Yella Terra have these kits.
