What about springs - Zinc or black paint or maybe do em in powder? Anyone know of a guide to what is plated with what? Would love to have a reference mainly for underbonnet stuff - e.g bonnet catch plate and hook - Cad? Chiz, Pete

Rank: Member Reputation: Groups: Registered Joined: 11/02/2005(UTC) Posts: 607		The bonnet hinges were zinc plated not 100% sure on the spring but I think they were zinc as well. The bonnet lock components were also zinc but I do not think the spring on the bonnet plunger was zinc
