Hello,
I have just recently bought a 78' HZ Kingswood SL and in search of advice on it. Its got a blue 202 with a 4 on the floor, and a varijet carby. First question is in 1st it has a flat spot when u take off, can this be solved by tuning the carby? My second question is wats the best way to fix my bonnet if the back sticks up? Are new bonnet hinges the answer? And my last question is what could be causing a fairly serious jolting coming from round the diff?
Thanks

could be the carby or gasket leak , with the bonnet try adjusting the hinges by loosing the bolts at the mudguard side and slide up and down , this may take a few shots tighten each try before closing.
The diff area noise/jolt check the rear uni joint f

When ajusting the bonnet hinges try lowering the back and raising the front as you have to lower the centeral pivot point. Its not what it seems, experiment at differant locations.
