WTB: Simmons Wheels to suit Torana stud pattern

Hey all interested readers! I would like to buy a set of 16" or 17" Simmons wheels for my UC. I like V5's, and dont mind the FR range also (and OM range)! I dont have flares and it is lowered, so no wider than 8" (enough to fit a 225 on the front and 245 on the back)!
Would like either silver/chrome centres or gold centres and it does not matter if they come with tyres!!
I will pay the right price (cash too) if you have the right goods!

hey keith Iwould buy they brand new at least they will be perfect. shop around there would be heaps of places in townsville were you can buy new mags. at least there is a wider range you can choose from. zac

I have done a bit of looking around in townsville already!! Lets just say nobody makes wheels for older holdens anymore... They all referred me to a company in brisbane who make no sizes larger than 14" which is what im running already!! A new set of S

Keith, Start asking around in Volvo circles too. Volvo 145/165 244/245/265 etc wheels have the same stud pattern.

So 145/164 and so on are models of Volvos?? Do they have the exact same offset and pcd as Toranas!! Thats alright!
Anyone know where i can find a Volvo forum lol!

So 145/164 and so on are models of Volvo's?? Do they have the exact same offset and pcd as Torana's!! Thats alright!
Anyone know where i can find a Volvo forum lol!

Thats interesting - the 4cyl Commodores came in Torana stud pattern... I didnt know that!
Also - my wheels are currently 14" Globe bathursts (coincidentally), ive been told that within reason i can fit up to 17" wheels (but the Dept of Transport prefer

In NSW you can argue that the U series of Toranas actually came standard with 14 inch wheels. The problem lies in arguing that an LH is really a UA and an LX is really a UB. All said, a UC is basically an LX with different panels and tail-lights, just lik |

Yeah, im running the 1980 model (last of the last)! It has the plastic master cylinder, but drum brakes - i have been looking into getting disks for it, just a question of when!! If i could find some 16" wheels in torana pattern i would be happy, if not

Give Andrew at milton performance brisbane 07 3353 2947 a try he may be able to help, he deals only in torana gear. and i know he just sold a set of simmons. Alterntly ebay or just change your stud pattern to q it will stop a hell of a lot better with the

i have 4 very good v5 simmons wheels / new tyres they are now on lc torana stud pattern is hq please not u can have your studs changed for under 500 and i will sell wheels for unda 1000 ph0425825337
