hi i have avt v6commodore and want to put a set of pacemaker headers and a 2and half inch ex on it will this make a huge improvement in power and torqe and most of all fule economy or should i just save my money????

pacemakers + a 2.5" will make a noticable difference to power and torque, they should also improve fuel ecconomy BUT at the end of the day, with the new beefier sound you may just find your right foot becomes heavier and therefore fuel ecconomy suffers..

I had a V6 VS ute that was completely stock except for a 3" catback exhaust. Sounded great, went like stink and had NO vibes at all. None of my mates believed I had a V6, they all reckoned it was a V8 until I lifted the bonnet...

When I replaced the 3"

you could put a 5 inch system on it, but it needs to be tuned to work properly (dyno, realtime tune, not aftermarket chip)
I had twin 3 inch on a 253 VC, and it was great.
A 2.5 inch will be more practical, as you use the lowere revs more, you wont sc
