Hi i have a HX sedan fitted with an EFI 308 and day dream about fitting either 2 turbos or 2 of those small jap supercharges such as the ones fitted to 6 cylinder toyotas. The engine has only done 1000ks and is fairly stock other than it has a HSV computer running it. Would the jap superchargers give any decent power increase on a 308 and what kind of work would need to be done to set these kinds of systems up? Would i have to pull the heads off to go the turbo route to lower comp etc? What size turbos would be good to use in this kind of setup?
I dont want to go to a turbo place since im only toying with the idea at the moment and i know JACK about turbo systems and dont want to look like a total dick ;-) |

Definatley the twin turbo route As long as you dont go silly with boost pressures and have some basic fabricating skills you can have a lot of fun Just not to sure how the factory comp would handle the boost? Somebody else might be able to shed som
