Genuine Ford 5/8" steel T piece in the heater circuit rusts out in a few years even using a good quality coolant. Kilkenny manufacture a 5/8" brass T piece BUT (according to my micrometer) the vertical section of the T piece is undersized thereby allowing fluid to bypass (Kilkenny should improve their tooling) and there is not sufficient space on the spout to attach 2 worm clips. What is the smart fix? Thanking you in advance for your replies.

Jack,
I have no need for a T piece but I'll give my brother a call and see if he can knock you one up and how much. He has just started work with a new firm so I am not too sure if they allow him to "play" on the machines like with his old job. If he c
