There are some wiring issues for the lockup convertor that need addressing - or simply get a regular convertor for it. Always run a sepe

The 253/308 rear casting didn't change until the HJ/LH, when the TH400 was introduced to the 308 in the HJ. As a general rule, the blocks that can't be modified are those with a neop

HQ-WB TH350/400 T-bars will operate a TH700R, there is just no indicator for the 4th gear. The rest is true.

You don't need to change anything - just use stock Holden stuff.
