hey m just wondering what way you turn the mixture screw on a 4mv rochester, in for lean or out for lean

in for lean....................50/50???? its been a few years since i had one. take it to a good carby performance shop. will cost you half an hour of labour and will get best results.
VN Calais, V8 Auto, Blown etc etc

turn mixture screws right in then wind them back 2and a half turns thats almost a perfect mix then you can work on main idling screw for a notable difference advance dizzy 1 notch 12 degrees

If it's not running right then there is so much more to do than just adjust the idle mixture screws (in for lean, out for rich). The throttle discs must expose only about 40 thou of the vertical transition slot at idle (no more!), the float level must be
