Hi, i am new here and i have to admit that i mainly drive two 1961 Landrovers - please don't throw rocks - but i also drive a very comfy and gutsy VS Commodore and i've had an EK, EH and HD.
Point is i have a 202 red motor in one of my Land Rovers and it works fine except for two things. Firstly, it runs pretty rich and i can't seem to lean the carby out and secondly it seems to run like c**p, surging and carrying on when its under load, like flat out up a hill, it will start carrying on then seem to fix itself afterwards. Is this fuel or electrical - points, condenser, coil?
Nothing i do seems to do anything. Any help will be gratefully received.
