sorry one more question regarding hose lines, the vacuum advance from the dizzy connects to where??? thanks for the last reply helped heaps.

i cant give you advice on dizzy but if yyou have any questions regarding these i reccomend you ring a guy named jerry at a business called ignition torque, the guy is an absolute legend and can tell you anything. esp bout dizzys. he has a drag car which |

The vac port on the dizzy goes to teh vac port on the carby. So there is gradual vac advance. Do not put it on the manifold as it will be always on.
BTW - What carb - Quad/Roch, Stromy or Holley ?

That's not quite true on an ADR27A (or similar) vehicle. All of the Xmas tree(s) on the front of the manifold/thermo housing, the electric solenoid controlled by the head temperature and top gear switch all stuff around with the vacuum advance. En |
