Hello there All!!!!!!! Got a HZ Overlander and want to put air con in it .Where do I start?

Same as all other HJ-HZ. Preferably find a complete car with air and transfer it all across. You need to drill some extra holes, and pull the whole dash out to do it. Not difficult, and can be done in a day with the dash back in and working, but will need

Alternatively, track down a generic under-dash unit that sits in front of the passenger's legs. No need to pull your dash apart, but obviously they aren't integrated. Depends what you're after... original hidden look, or easy installation.

if you don't have a floor change the addon air can go in the centre and freeze both of you equally. I have misgivings about them being in front of the passenger in the event of a crash or sudden stop the passenger's knees are in trouble.

i have complete air con for sale, all under dash piping, lines, the switch for controlling, the little air lines to switch area's etc, the unit itself, the brackets and **** to hold it to motor, its all there.
