I have a few parts from my HR that i need to get rid of to make way for my new project. Most parts will suit most old holdens. I live in Benalla, Victoria which is approx 2hrs north of Melbourne up the Hume Highway.
1. Celica 5spd Gearbox - whole conversion. Bought from Castlemaine Rod Shop about 2 years ago, has been in the car since then but has hardly been used, it would be lucky to have done 1000km. It is a reco'd steel case, with bell housing, clutch, clutch slave cylinder, tailshaft, crossmember, shifter, speedo cable, everything you need to get it in your car and going. The shifter comes through the floor in the same spot as an Aussie 4sp so no need to cut new holes. Asking $1000 for the lot, cost $1500 new.
2. Castlemaine Rod Shop Lowered Stub Axles - Part No: SA 02 These stubs will cover all balljoint front ends from HR to WB and Torana as well. Currently fitted with LJ Torana discs and calipers, these again have done no work, even less than gearbox. Discs are near new, as are the pads. Asking $500 will all the brakes or $400 without.
3. Triple 1 3/4 SU's - Reco'd before i got them, they now have trumpet/sock type aircleaners as well as the domed Lynx ones, both with excellent filters in them. Carbys are running and are on a Lynx manifold. Asking $400
4. Worked 186 - bored out to 192, XU1 spec cam, ported head, goes great. I bought it second hand a few years ago. It doesnt use oil and is nice and quiet. Asking $350.
All prices are negotiable, I will be happy to answer any questions and I will try to get some photo's I can email to anyone who is interested.
