He took it to a friend of mines workshop and his son (apprentice mechanic) found it

I believe if you have an ongoing problem that was discovered within the warranty period and Ford have been unable to rectify it, then it is still covered.

It's not your fault that they can't find it within a reasonable time so why should you be penalis

Hopefully it wont start all over again for you. lol

Ford just don't care. If you tell them that you will never buy a new Ford again they just say "well it's your choice" rather than trying to make you happy again.

Hmm maybe that is why Toyota are outselling them all the time.

This is way beyond a joke isn't it.

For your sanity's sake I hope it fixes it.

This is real 'Current Affair' stuff. It would certainly make for entertaining viewing.

I look forward to your next post.

Toyota is out selling them because Ford's version of product engineering is some dude cutting laps around a high speed circuit until something breaks.
They are STILL only doing half a job on their cars. Why is it that Toyota, Mitsubishi, Honda and any nu

Yeah, they probably tightened those suspension bolts that were loose all along when they fitted the new diff.
