Ive got a blue motor in a vh commodore that im doing up for a one tonner, its a really good motor, doesnt blow any smoke, no noises, doesnt use any oil. I seen somewhere the old hq and hj had 100kw while the commodore only has 86 kw and;
i want to put a old manifold and carby of a hq or hj on the blue motor to get rid of all the pipes and pollution gear, would this make it go any better? and would a red manifold fit on a blue motor?
Also can you put a red head on a blue motor cause i want to put a 149 or 161 head to up the compression then the red manifold and carby would fit on?
