looking ford the badging that goes on a xc ute looked un der ebay a bloke was selling falcon 500 badges for xc falcons but what rember the xb was the last falcon 500 i think the xc was xl am i right i kmow there were to xc models firds had the lettering FORD the second model had the oval ford badge...cheers reg

hi xc was made in falcon 500.yes there was 2 xc's the first model which had a silver finish grille with no ford badge in the middle and then the update xc which had a black grille with the ford badge in the middle.both had falcon 500 in the model range

thanks for the help it is great love me ute only has a 4.1 one owner very very good condition now i know it is a falcon 500 will purchase the tale gate badging...cheers Reg

you wont belive it but i looked at an xc ute today that looked pretty original and it had a "falcon" badge on the left hand side of the tailgate.it looked original but i cant say 4 sure if it was.
