As a guess the same as SJ Chev or red 253/308 (not L34), as they are the same bolts.

Hi there
ARP rod bolt info sheet for 253 and assorted Chev motors including 6 cyl says
With threads lubricated with ARP Moly lube, torque the bolts and measure bolt stretch.
Stretch to 0.0060-0.0064 .Record non-torqued bolt length.
