New here not sure how this all works but could anyone help us out, who should i contact to find out what my cars factory options are. Just not sure if somethings where from factory or put on later. ie electric windows
also does anyone know what colour this trim is 1843-28R this car is an hqls monaro... Cheers

Most options can be checked against the cars body, you can tell when some options are fitted later.
The power windows is not on the records for cars in HQ, so you will need to check the car. GMH only kept records of driveline, steering, brakes and vent

Warren thankyou for your reply, had a good look at the car today, took the trim and carpet out,(needs to be replaced) has green overspray on the floor pans, back seat is flax, found the old power window wiring, holes for the air con, back speaker cover st

your model number says its a V8 253/308 check the long skinny tag , if it has a R after the model code its 253 if its a T its 308. vynil roof option was a V in TOP

As your car is a 4/72 there will be no R or T on the VIN as you still have the older style VIN.
Melbourne cars will have VR in tp and Brisbane cars will have BVR or simular, they show the colour. If it is a Sydney built car they did not mark the vinyl
