want advice on panel shops in victoria that are good,to tackle the paint and panel of my car,car is carrently yellow with black stripes but i want it in warrigul black which is the factory color.

I would suggest you get around to a few car shows, check out the paint jobs and ask the owners where they got them done.

That way you can see the work first hand and also quiz the owners.
