HSV memcal for VP commodore V8 (again)

I have put the 180kw HSV V8 memcal in and wired up the knock sensor on my standard 165kw V8. the engine light comes on and the trouble code reads 'knock sensor, circuit problem'. I did not change my computer and wired the knock sensor up to the computer like the VN-VP V6 wiring diagram. I am not sure if this is right as I could not find a 180kw HSV wiring diagram. The knock sensor is a 2nd hand unit and could be the problem. Any help will be apprecaited.
