Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody knows of a simple way to dichromate some pot metal (this is zinc magnesium alloy as I understand it). Pretty much what I need to do is to coat a recently chemically cleaned carburettor made of pot metal to protect the alloy. If anybody knows of any other protective metal coatings then please feel free to make suggestions - these would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Paul E
