The hg monaro .
Is the running gear the same in a six cyl as a eight cyl ???
If not how would you tell weather the shell is a 6 or 8 if you had no compliance plates?

Maybe V 8 would have brackets for dual exhaust.

It's not very easy in a HG. It is relatively simple to pick a Saginaw car but because with the 253 it means it can still be a V8 trimatic with a banjo and look a lot like a 6cyl body.
