Hi guys,i am currently doing up a black motor 351 , now i have a back up blue motor as a spare and im just wondering will the unleaded heads off my black also fit my blue motor if need? I Understand the blue is the better, and have been told on several occasions to stay away from the black ones. 648hp Tunnel Rammed 351, It does not get any better  |

Dmax ,will the heads fit but. Also how muck would it cost roughly to get my crank reground and bores honed?

The heads on a black motor are compatible & I would have to disagree about the blue motor being better. The black motors out of the xd & xe have thicker walls & are safer when you start running over size pistons, less chance of cracking a cylinder wall. A

My black block has only about 90,000 ks on it and my blue one is due for a rebuild now i have 30 thou pistons and the crank out of the blue one is a 4mab that needs a slight grind .Both are virgin blocks and that is the main reson i have been thinking abo
