I brought a manual XC which cost $1100. You'll need toploader, bellhousing, fly wheel, tailshaft, pedel box, clutch master cylnder, etc. You'll then need to purchase clutch kit, and rebuild kit / info http://www.toploaderheaven.com/.$1600-1700 I

Hey man I converted mine to toploader years ago & I just thought I'll warn you about one thing.....My complete toploader setup came out of an xy. Make sure you use an XA XB or XC pedal box cause the XY one will fit fine except you won't get enough clutch
