I have a commodore VT 2000 model which has only done around 103,450 kms. The car is in great condition and has been serviced every 10000kms. I recently took it to a mechanic for a service and when I returned to pick up the vehicle he told me that the Airbag warning light was coming on. This has never happened before and it makes a warning sound which is hard to ignore which I most certainly would have noticed. I asked him if he may have done anything which triggered it and he said "no". Is this just a built in feature that after the clock is reset after 100 000 km service or should I ask him to fix the problem.
