Does anyone know what is involved to fit a knock sensor to an early V8 Holden running VN heads and injection with a Delco 808? Am I able to use a sensor out of a VN V6? Where is the best place to put the sensor? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can..the circuit appeared in Zoom and on Autospeed...but if you search google I'm sure you will come up with a circuit diagram.
