gday
going tolook at a 89 jackaroo ls on the weekend with a problem ,being using water and compression gas in the radiator.
wondering if they are renowned for cracking heads or warping and are they easy to get second hand.
its probably been fairly hot but the price is right .
thanks in advance

If petrol, then they are the Isuzu (Gemini) motor in those, so they have an alloy head which is prone to warping if they get hot. Luckily there's tons of these motors around so getting one for the right price shouldn't be too hard.

Darrin, I think you will find it is a 2.0 litre engine and a lot better than the 1.8 Gemini. Al.
