I have a HT GTS 350 and have a set of original SS Craigers which i'll put on the car. The rims are 8 inch wide. I want to know what is the best tyre combo for this rim and car. I dont want to go too wide otherwise it would require me to lip the guards. I'm think 215x65x15 or 225x65x15. Any thoughts?

215 on 8 inch will look a bit funny, don't you think? I would reckon 235 is as narrow as you'd go on an 8 inch rim? On my HG centrelines I could only go to 225 before they scrubbed - but it's all about offset aint it? I do think 65 seris is a good option
