would anyone know what is needed to be done reguarding rego and roadworthy if i chop the roof of my 1 tonner 2 inch's

I saw this done many years ago. I think they used a coupe windscreen, but I think that only allows for a 1 inch chop plus you also have to rake the door glass and frame back to suit.
Also saw it done to a HQ-HZ van, but they used coupe doors as well so i
