Group 3 had nicer trim, more berlina-spec inside, and had the basic Brock motor. It was only available in Silver & White.

The Group A was based on an SL spec base car (lighter weight for racing) and had the best Brock motor - roller rockers etc, and a

Cheers Mick, legend. So a reasonably warmed up, rebuilt Group 3 with an immaculate interior would be worth a look eh? What inlet mani did they have on them? This one's got an edelbrock and a holley 650 double pumper.

They had standard Holden blue/black valley cover opened up and de-ribbed in the plenum, with a Rochester Quadrajet. I've got a valley, Rochester and aircleaner off one of these I'd part with for the right price.
My mate just sold a nice white Group III

Generally around $30K if it's got good trim. Rougher ones are still in the low 20s, but the craze has swept through, and even roughies are getting good money - from people who think "ahh, it's only a commodore, it'll be easy to restore" only to find that

Just make sure you get all the numbers checked out by HDT before you even think of buying it. There's heaps of fakes out there - even on ebay right now.

I noticed you've signed up to the #1 Brock Commodores website too. I'm a part owner of the site,
Cheers,
