I HAVE 2 XB COUPE DOORS AND WHERE THE DOOR CATCH ATTACHES TO THE DOORS VIA THE SCREWS THE COUNTERSUNK AREA HAS COME AWAY, NOW I HAVE 3 LARGE HOLES.
MY QUESTION IS CAN THESE BE REPAIRED AND IF SO HOW? ALL OF THE COUNTERSUNKS ARE MISSING AS THIS IS HOW I BOUGHT THE DOORS ALONG TIME AGO.
I WAS ALSO CONSIDERING USING CUP WASHERS, IF ANYONE HAS HAD THIS PROBLEM AND BEEN ABLE TO OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM PLEASE ADVISE

I cut the rear off some sedan doors so i can replace around the catch or the whole rear of the door if needed . I have seen a u shaped bracket that gos behind the mecanisums.
