Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone knows what causes 3 warning lights to flash on the instrument cluster when driving - the low fuel, over speed and over temp lights. While they're flashing, the first two LCD panels blank out and just the odometer is shown on the right and it doesn't count over at the time.

Its a '98 VS Series III Statesman. When the lights are flashing, it doesn't drive any differently, nor do any other electrics stop working. I read a few posts on here and saw that on the VT different warning lights flash when the ABS module fails, just wondering if this could be the same thing? When tapping the brake pedal sometimes the lights stopped flashing and LCD panels returned to normal.

Any help would be much appreciated
Thank you,
Rhys

check the glovebox book it shows what each light means, only one should come on for abs failure, which you dont want to happen$$.
Get a mechanic to do a diag check on the cars computer for faults .
