Fairly straight and just about zero rust (tailgate and lh fr guard)I just don't have the time to get onto this thing and the wife wants it out of the driveway! Front guards and bonnet need paint (white)302 cleveland with column auto (C4 I think) disc front brakes. Interior is OK but will need work. A couple of days work and you'd have a cool cruiser. I haven't had it going for a few months but it should go no probs. Wouldn't take much to rego it. email me at
[email protected] for pics if keen (I'll have to take some!) I'm looking for around $2500-ish.

Mate, I think you mistakenly typed a "2" in front of the price.

There's been a few cars recently all for around the $500-$1000 mark in Canberra, and they were all goers.

Hey, nothing personal, I don't want it....... just letting you know.

cheers

Gee thanks for the tip. You are a legend!
Next time you come across one of these mythical $500-$1000 factory V8 runners be sure to let me know cause I'd be very interested in buying one for parts for my $5000 GT.

Have to agree with Johnno.

There is no money in wagons, that car is good for parts only. $1000 would kill it dead! On a good day!

Ahhh..it's ok Craig, lots of people get a bit divorced from reality.

Let Bill advertise it for 6 months, then he might change his mind.

Thanks fellas. I wasn't asking what you in your "expert" opinions thought it was worth. It was an advertisment and wasn't really intended to be a "Let's talk about how much this car isn't worth" thread. Guess I must be a misguided clueless idiot eh?

Cannot recall the last time I saw a wagon of any XW-XC vintage bring anything near serious dollars, especially one that needs a complete restoration.

Not saying your car wouldn't be a good cruiser, that's not the issue, the issue is if its worth $2500
