Okay, I have some basic questions about cars that I would like to know about...

-What does VAC stand for in relation to carbies? ie.. Holley 750VAC

-What is the difference between an LSD, Locker and mini-spool diff and what are there advantages and disadvantages?

-What is synchro-mesh? (as in trans)

-What is a tunnel ram and what does it do?

-What does "high energy" sump mean and what does it do?

-What is a "dump pipe" (exhaust)

-What are "phase 3" and "phase 4" fords?

-What duty does a "blower" perform (that sticks out of the hood)

-Does an intercooler replace a radiator?

-How do pod filters work and what are they connected to?

-What is a "throttle body"

-What is an "input shaft" in a gearbox and what is it connected to?

Could somebody with a bit of knowledge answer these questions for me, it would be very much appreciated.
Thankyou so much,
Eric
