Hi All,
Could anyone please give some information on these two different brands of gauges. I have a GTS dash with VDO fuel/oil/batt/temp gauges, and flexdrive tacho and speedo (combined mph km/h). I'm looking at getting a working tacho and also a KM/H only speedo. Does anyone know if they made VDO tachos and KM/H speedos? My flexdrive tacho doesn't work and I've tried another flexdrive tacho and it works but is sometimes erratic - all over the place.
Were flexdrive and VDO used randomly throughout the HQ series or was there a certain date when one or the other took over? Mine is Feb 1974 with all the original gauges.
Also does anyone have a HQ clock blanking plate (and a working VDO tacho and km/h speedo for that matter) for sale?
