Have been told holden red manifold will not fit blue then told will motor is wb engine number would red fit??

No. You need a blue/black motor manifold.

No. The ports are too big. The only way would be to cut the port flange off a factory one and weld it to a red one.

Can I buy a vowel? A full stop would do.
What are you trying to acheive? There are plenty of different manifolds for different carbs out there to suit Blue motors.
